Ethiopia with Sue Verrall and Wild Earth Travel

Join us for an authentic Ethiopian dinner on the 5th of May. Sue Verrall will be discussing the Ethiopian trip that she will be guiding in September. Sue has lived in Ethiopia and visited many other African countries. A landscape and rural development specialist, she is now based in North Canterbury. Hear more from Sue about being absorbed by the ancient culture in Addis Ababa, visiting the Surma people where the men are noted for their body painting and the women their lip plates, and the variety of birdlife and varying landscapes of volcanic crags, lakes, forests and cliffs.
6pm – 7pm Ethiopian presentation from Sue Verrall
7pm – 8pm Dinner served by Welington’s Ethiopian community
